1. No! If someone says that it is, they are trying to scam you!!! Run!!
2. ITS PROBABLY NOT. Yahoo finance is mostly used for looking at stock prices, how the stocks are doing and finance (and busienss) news. I have never heard of Yahoo Finance having any kind of sales account or portfolios for people If somebody tells you that yahoo Finance does sales, DONT BELIEVE IT. ITS A SCAM.
