What banks will collateralize against mutual funds?

I'm needing to collateralize against my mutual funds to use money towards starting a new business. What banks will do this?

1. Most banks will accept collateral for loans. The terms are really open to negotiation on the interest rate and what you need to put up. Small loans are not worth it to a bank I should warn you unless they charge a really high interest rate.
