How can I get all ticker symbol list of US stocks in Yahoo Finance?

I would like to make DB of daily quotes for US stocks in NYSE and Nasdaq. Hopefully AMEX as well. Yahoo Finance is very good data source. But I could not find entire symbol list. It is OK for me to get such a list for free charge or not.

1. www.allstocks.com pretty sure they carry a full list of all bb and otc stocks
