what will be the fees to open Liaison office in India by foreign?

One Foreign company wants to open his Liaisoning office in India.I need the procedure to open Liaison office in India & who will guide me whether C.A. OR Company Secretary & how much total expenses will occure to get permission from Reserve Bank OF India.

Dear Mahesh Yes, you will need a local person who can provide you support to find a right chartered account and a company secretary to help you with all the other legal matters also for opening an office in India. That is how I know companies who want to open up their own offices in India do it. First, you have to have a local person there, who is your person.
