Can a qualified Cost Accountant in India apply for the finance/accounts related jobs in Canada?

I'm a qualified Cost Accountant (ICWAI-Institute of Cost & Work Accounts India) with 6+yrs of experience.

1. I think you would need someone to either sponsor you for you to be able to work in canada. But yes you can always apply for jobs, as long as the company likes you, they usually go out of their way to get you on board.
