Some want to sell his P.C(P4,18months used), rate 16000/-(indian currency)?

It is high value or low ? Exchange Rate(1$=Rs.40/-)

1. How much exhange rates for US Dollar? P4 for 18months? and what it's specification? If it was P4 at least 2GHz and above then I think it's a good value, but I need to know the currency conversion first
2. You need to give more details like the type of processor, ammount of ram, hard disk size.. etc and then it is easy to say if the price is ok. Also if it is a branded machine or non branded. If its not branded, then for a 1.5 year old machine the price is high.

4. Its too much for a 18 months old pc. dont buy it.
5. If he is giving CRT monitor then it is high value. A new PC with LCD TFT monitor , P4 and with good configuration costs 17k-18k. so think once before you bye it.
6. in rs 16000 u will get a new P4 computer assembled in no time.. with a crt 17 inch then why go for second hand.. its very high...for me.. give the exact spec to get better answers...
7. Hey we need the configuration to comment whether it is a raw deal from your side or his side. When u can buy a brand new assembled pc with 17'' monitor,DVD writer, 160 gb hard disc , 512 mb DDR2 ram, Dual core processor and a good graphics like Nvidia or ATI inbuilt at more or less than 20,000 any where in India why should I care for that infernal P4?
