What is the current volume of drugs being smuggled from Shanghai to Canada?

The illegal drug connection between Canada (notably Vancouver) and China is well-established. Does anyone have an estimate of the volume being transported annually? What percentage of this is being sent out of Shanghai? 1. I do not know but I guess this is done via land access not plane. Cultural insights ? yeah well !!! am transported to Amsterdam each time I smoke a joint ! ( JOKING !!! I do not use drugs). They do not do that badly.. Sometimes marijuana is prescribed for people when everything else fails. Am not talking about hard drugs here......nobody is going to argue they are good for you..
2. As your weblink to the Canadian police clearly states, illegal drugs are manufactured in Canada from legitimate chemicals imported from abroad. It is not the fault of honest chemical companies when criminals misuse their products to make illegal drugs. Canada and the United States have insatiable appetites for illegal drugs, so no one is surprised that illegal drug manufacturing is rampant there. I suggest that all countries execute convicted drug dealers (like China does) to eliminate the problem.
