Which Indian banks give credit cards without having an account there?

Hi, Like I said, I'm looking for a credit card fast, from banks that don't require me to open an account there and hold for 6 months to 1 year. Is there any bank left that provide credit cards to non-customers if their credit report is good.

1. I don't know about India. In the US, EVERY credit card issuer actively markets cards to people that have no other accounts with them. I have had more that 1/2 a dozen different credit cards over the course of my life. ONE was issued by a bank I have EVER had any other accounts with.
2. HDFC issued it to me.
