Can I get my money back from a fraud finance company of India ?

I have been cheated by a fraud finance company of India ? Can police trace culprits on the basis of mobile numbers, fax number and bank account number in which money was deposited by me ? Out of all these three, i.e. mobile numbers, fax number and account numbers which one is most reliable ?
