Any suggestions on how to locate my Yahoo finance investment data I created now gone after almost 5 years?

I created investment profiles in Yahoo Finance and updated them over the last 5 years or so. Today, I am unable to access any of my portfolios. It does not seem to be a password issue. However, I will add that my Yahoo e-mail account was deactivated due to lack of use but I reactivated it today. Could this be the issue, and the investment portfolios are now lost forever?

1. ...Never heard of " de-activating"...but it sounds like it could be the problem.............having a similar problem with a daughter's yahoo info.....hope I get better results. The yahoo stuff is great, but tough to lose it on a glitch....and not much in the way of " help"....no matter HOW you try !!!
