Is there such a thing as a yahoo finance purchase protection account and payment through yahoo finance?

I am considering buying a used car from a seller who says the transaction will be safely done with yahoo finance, with payment via moneygram through yahoo finance. Is there any such thing and is it safe?

1. I have never heard of it. Even if there was Yahoo has so many glitches that I wouldn't trust it.
