What is the role of Eurozone central banks such as Bank of Portugal and the Bundesbank?

If the ECB conducts monetary policy and prints money then what duties do the individual central banks perform? Are they a lender of last resort? Individual means individual country. So each of the Eurozone countries has an individual central bank e.g. the Bundesbank in Germany.
