How to send goods from India to China?

Hi , I have started a trading business and i need to send the goods from India to China . Goods need to be delivered within 3-4 working days . As i am new in business , i have no idea about import export . I have heard about some courier companies like TNT , UPS or FEDEX but i have no idea as to how they work ? What docs do i have to give them ? How is their working pattern ? Can anyone guide ? From where can i get complete knowledge about import and export ?
