How does CAPPING TRADE in the USA cool the globe, when China, Mexico and India won't CAP their TRADE?

1. China has committed to large reductions in greenhouse gas emissions. You might catch up on the news before making baseless rants.
2. Even if it doesn't cool the globe, it will keep industry under proper regulation and will help the poor people they have exploited over the years. It's time the PEOPLE have a say in what businesses can and cannot do to the planet.

4. Even if Cap and Trade is passed, it will make no difference...and that is not only because the other pollution producing countries are still polluting. Cap and Trade does not really stop the emissions. It only forces the companies to pay for the emissions they produce by buying carbon credits from those industries who are not polluting. Then, the cost of the carbon credits will be passed down the line to the end consumer...in other words, us. This is just another way for the government to raise the taxes coming from every individual without telling us that they are raising taxes. Even the poor will have to pay more.
5. Its a way to deindustrialize us further and destroy us in order to control us. It has nothing to do with the environment its all about control. The only green thing Al Gore and these commies like is our money in their pockets.
6. See no more cons to understand what this is really all about. According to the liberal, their global warming religion trumps the constitution. But if the facts or realities don't work out the way they want, just lie. The ends justify the means.
