1. Asean is a grouping of high value in comparison of advantages with China and India, all part of ASIA. THE CURRENT SITUATION IS TO TAKE ALL IN ASIA AS THE NEW COMERS WILL BE RUSSIA, N KOREA. WHAT NEEDED IS THE CENTRE POINT FOR CONTROL LIKE; S'pore for ASEAN, Shanghai for China and Mumbai for India.
