Is this the right time to start SIP mutual funds for 3 years?

Is this the right time to start SIP mutual funds for 3 years , as the market is going up every day I am planning to invest rs 1000 per month for the period of 3 years in equity based mutual funds ( I wish to sell all units after 3 years ),please help me .

yes it's a right time to go for SIP, bcoz now it was fluctuation period and also all NAV'S are lower. Once u entered at this time ur investment will be double that ur current cost when u get exit
