can someone please advice me on my loans and credit cards in uae. please i beg of help?

dear friends, i have made desperate attempts to repay all my loans and credit cards in uae, but failed miserably. all the money i pay has gone only gone in interest or late payment fees. now i have huge mountain of loans in front of me. my income is not even half of what i have to pay each month. i am trapped in most difficult situation in the world. long back people advised me to run away from uae and escape all this problems but i haven't done that since my intention is fair to repay all my loans and credit cards. now i have got a good job opportunity in another gulf country with good salary, but for that to happen i need to go and attain an interview in my home country (india). my actual problem now is that i am afraid that if i go to airport dubai airport immigration will catch me and put me in jail. as i am not able to pay 3 banks since 8 months now. i am sure that i might be black listed in dubai immigration and will be caught at airport once i try to go out of uae. if i get the chance of attending that interview which is on 15th januray in india i hope i can repay all my loans slowly. also that job is not in emirates but another gulf country. i am really afraid to travel to airport as it is almost certain that i will be detained and land up in jail. i am very worried as what to do now. during my good days i gave advices to many people which helped them but now my situation is i am asking for advice on internet.... i never imagined that i might be in such severe problem. can someone please please please advice me what best i can do in this situation. can someone suggest me any lawyer (preferably indian) who can help me out of this problem. or can someone please please please suggest me to any charity organization in uae who can help me. please i beg u all please advice me to overcome this extremely difficult situation of my life in which i am trapped. my mail id is ghani_m331@yahoo.com please i beg once again please someone help me.

  1. Many people are in similar situations and running away from your obligation is never a solution. Banks now have an international network and even if you are able to leave the UAE, your credit history will follow you anywhere in the world.Make no mistake about that. Having said that, I think what you need to do is speak with your creditors and ask them for reprieve. Check this personal finance post on managing debt from my friend: http://www.gwendoria.com/2010/01/how-to-manage-post-holiday-debt.html - I think it'll do you good. If you need more money advice, send her a message. She should be glad to help. On Dubai visa and immigration, have a look at this page: http://dubaiemploymenttips.com/visa/ Scour that resource site and you'd find good advice on working through your immigration issues. Bottomline: You can and you may leave the UAE to work in another country without abandoning your obligations. Good luck!
