How to get finance for bio fuels start up industry in India?

I have plan in biofuels industry in india. Now i am stuck with funds and being a technical person i dont know what to do and how to do to get finance for setting up things. my project is of about 1 crore. land and everything i need to buy and manage myself. can i get this big loan and do this is proper to take loan and start. i am in short all confuse about starting.
