why Sudanese Pound is costlier than Indian Rupee, comparing the economy of India and Sudan ?

If I exchange one hundred US dollars in Sudan I get 230 Sudanese Pound and when exchange same in India I get about Rupees 5000. Economy of India is much ahead of Sudan, then why so ?
