1. Unfortunately there is a recession in Denmark so fewer jobs are available, but jobs in the IT industry are easier to get than most if you are qualified. To get a work visa you need a job offer and your potential employer would apply for a visa for you. Start by contacting the danish embassy in Mumbay for details. One danish Krone is about 8.8 rupees.
2. Like Sibbi said, the current financial crisis has reduced the nr of jobs, but seems like IT is still a good industry for jobs.
