India's economy is a lot better if indians weren't cheap?

Guys please just answer the question, i'm indian myself so chill, i know my billionaire's my millionaires and what we have contributed to society. But my question is, don't you think that India's economy would be so much better if Indian weren't cheap, because it would promote more spending, more profits, more loans, governments get richer. I know the situation in India and the taxes, but still? don't you think?

1. yes, they are cheap as there is a large labor pool willing to work for cheap
2. Yes, I think so. In India people are poor but the government keeps all the money! This is one of a major issue why India's economy is not getting better, but the car "TATA NANO" has boost the India's economy because its only worth about 1 Lakh (Indian rupee).
