How can I download the application forum of CENTRAL BANK OF INDIA?

1. Application has be made online, you can not download it. Still, if you want format to be downloaded, fill in all columns with dummy entries. Atr the end of it, you will have 4 page filled in form. Choose to print it. Instead of giving print command, select all matter, print it in Word and delete dummy entries.
2. while u have applied for it there is column . so u can fill ur password in that box and click print
