How to appoint sub brokers for mutual funds?

i am already a broker for mutual funds and like to appoint sub-brokers. i already have a firm which is a corporate agency of life insurance. my amfi certification is in my name. i have to change it to my company name and also need to appoint sub-brokers. please help.
