What is the straight forward procedure with least complications for a (NRI)legal person (non-institutional) to invest into ANY Market Instrument(s) available within the Indian markets (Debt/Bonds or as Equity/Private participation in a third party business as Private equity in non-listed entity,including a proprietary entity) on privately negotiated terms and repatriate profits as and when necessary.What are the respective Procedures per regulation and respective taxation applicable.Please provide detailed specifics as to the type of routing bank account to the approximate costs and charges involved to any case.Pro's please also clarify: How does a ADR differ from ADS ?
