1. Welspun Gujarat is a bar bigger and better brand then remi metals gujarat. The last letter to BSE on annual board meeting by them actually was sent from Welspun Fax machine. So on paper its amalgamated or not decisions are taken from Welspun office. Go to SEBI website to find the current status. regards dharmanath
