where can i convert Turkey currency ?

i m having 10000 turkish lira and want to convert it into indian rupees. so how can i do and what is the currency rate.

1. Well there is a difference between Currency Rate, and the Rate of Trade and the Trade Markets. I am pretty sure that if you're going to India, you can exchange them there. At like the airport or something. The nearest airport is one place I know will exchange foreign currency but that is all. Sorry.
