Convert Korean Won to Indian Currency in India?

Hi friend I am going to India from South Korea. I would like to know how much Korean Won I can carry to India. And can I Convert Korean Won into Indian Currency in India? This time exchange rate is too high, that’s why I don’t want to send money to India via wire transfer or Money Gram. I think, you people can understand my situation.
