I am finance manager from India and expecting offer fm Dubai for DHS 16,000/- all inclusive, is tht good?

1. 16,000.00 AED = 182,869.60 INR Well...i've got old collegues who have gone to dubai for 18lac. I really can't say...but that looks kinda on the lower side!
2. You will be making a mistake of your life time. The pay scale offered to you is too low for the present post of Finance Manager. Housing quaters will take away a large chunk of your remunerations offered. If you employers are prepared to give you independent residential quarters than only you should accept the assignment. Otherwise you will not be able to Save anything sunstantial. Rethink of all the issues involved and than finalise.
