My brother deserted the NS, went to India and made a new passport and ID with new name, if he returns to visit

Will they know who he is at the airport? The Indian passports do not carry fingerprints to my knowledge.

1. Define "made" a new passport? Are you saying it's a forgery or was it issued by the Indian Passport Office? If it's a forgery, there's a pretty good chance he'll get caught. If he lied to get an authentic Indian passport, chances are he'll get in. 90% of crimes like this end up in people denouncing them to authorities. The fewer people your brother has told about this, the better a chance he'll get away with it. Welcome to a lifetime of looking behind your back. Is it worth it?
