Are new chevrolet spark thats availble india is made in USA ? marketing exe says so. what freeebies i can get

I am planning to take spark and the marketing exe says all the spark now are made in USA & assembled in India. is that true. There is a offer of ~ 50k now, and what freebies i can expect from the dealer. What should i look for in this offer?

2. yes it is maid in the united states.. i think it is a lovely car..very small and it is very good to handle. if i were asked to buy a small car then i would defenitely go for the all new hevrolet spark...
