Do Indian Banks give educational Loan for Piloting training / course to be done in INDIA or Abroad?

Piloting is the todays increasing requirement. Young boys after their initial Aircraft courses would like to do Piloting. For that the educational expenses is the bottleneck. Hence I want to know whether Indian Banks will give Educational Loan for the Piloting course in India or Abroad. How much will be the approx. Expenditure for piloting courses .
