India and china?

I was just wondering, are india and china close in relationships and friends(as in do the countries both like each other and trade with each other?)Or r they rivals. If im chinese can I have and indian friend? thanks!

2. well china hates india because china wants to take over the himalayas part of india because they want the business from hindus who go to the mountains as a sacrifice to god to worship i have many chinese friends because they are smart like us indians, and they have good traditional values with their parents and society lets not let our countries make our friendship or rivalry they are sord of rivals in a way because both are growing in economy and military incredibly fast china and india put together is like wold domination
3. I have two friends of mine that are very close gay lovers. One from India, the other from China. They seem to get along quite well.
4. The economical rivalry and competition exists only politically. Anyone can be anyone's friend, if they have no prejudices.

Personally speaking, i noticed when i went visiting in Singapore, that Chinese are enterprising, straight forward, and pretty friendly ( the last part was a surprise ) I guess, on a personal level we can be friends Are you Chinese ? I wish you Chinese would not torment the Tibetans. Poor lost harmless souls, when were the Tibetans a threat to anybody ?
6. No, they aren't rivals but they aren't friends either. The political and economic relationship between these two countries is absolutely "normal". They have their differences (in culture etc...) just like any other country but they do get along very well.
